A study was conducted to determine the effect of Manganese (Mn) on some morphological and anatomical aspects of Allium sativum L. (Garlic) plant. The whole experiment was carried out for 30 days. It was a test tube experiment. Garlic was collected from the wholesale vegetable and fruit market in the form of bulbs. Same sized cloves were segregated for the experiment. Manganese (Mn) metal solution of 25ppm was prepared and put into 10ml test tubes in which the cloves were planted. The germination was observed and photographed after 24 hours of each day. Two intervals (15th and 30th days of the experiment) were selected to check some morphological and anatomical variations of plant. In the case of morphological study, it was revealed that the average change in weight of clove, average length of root, average number of scape were significantly increased while weight of plant, scape and root, length of scape, number of root and circumference of scape and reduced stem were reduced. The anatomical parameters were positively affected and the rate of growth was promoted as the cells of the epidermis, hypodermis, cortex, peri-cycle and vascular bundles (xylem and phloem) were more prominent, elongated and matured and the central pith was enlarged in size.
